  Anyone living the Foothill Ranch, Lake Forest area PLEASE PLEASE Read this review by me before you go to this shameful of a dental group. I will disclose about the facts to this horrible dental practice. From the dentists down to the RDA, manager, coordinator and receptionist, these people are 'brainwashed, $$$ driven, commission $$$ driven, animals'..... So here goes: Truth # 1: Towne Centre Dental Group is part of a corporation/owned by an invested company called PACIFIC DENTAL SERVICES. This is a mult-million dollar company that owns and operates over 200-300 practices all over the western United States. The catch here is the company provides the $$$$ so these practices can operate, and market these practices like they are your typical 'friendly family practice' with high tech machines, yet they are out to make the highest profit. So be careful. It's a corporate backed office, so be warned, anything corporate means = PROFIT MARGIN.....the patient is simply just a walking number and your pocket and wallet is their favorite friends :)))...... Truth #2: They have $$$$$$....so they MARKET! MARKET! MARKET! under the brand SMILE GENERATION. If you go to their website Pacific Dental Services and search for all their offices, all the offices have the same generic website layout. They all belong to Pacific Dental Services. They always call themselves 'modern' or 'group'...example, Mira Loma Dental Group....I'm sure if you go to google and type in Dental Group in any city you will see them. TRUTH #3: All of their offices have 1/5 star rating or very very bad reviews. So how are they so succesful? MARKETING! THEY ARE CORPORATE, so they got the $$$ to keep luring in new patients, even if their patients leave them. That's why they always suggest the high-end work, cleanings, in the thousands $$$ of dollars to get you to pay right away, cuz' they don't care if you leave them. They get more people. they have new employees all the time because they have expectations and goals for their Dentists, Managers, Coordinators, Assistants and Hygienists. If the employee doesn't reach a certain goal (e.g. don't hit their $$$$ mark), they get FIRED!!! and replaced by another person. Just like that. So what makes you think they care about PEOPLE. TRUTH #4: The Dentist, the Indian guy, Pandhoh, he's all about $$$$...don't be fooled by his charm. He's faking it. He has $$$ goals too that are expected of him from PAcific Dental Services. So, if he recommends tons of work...just leave and tell them you'll come back after you get a second opinion from another dentist. AGAIN, I WISH EVERYONE LUCK if you unfortunately land in this horrible dental office. They are all about $$$$. Don't be fooled by their high-tech modern equipments and fake charms....all about profits.
